摘要
针对线路板上打孔过程和打孔机特点的分析,运用贪心算法及其改进方法,从不同的角度运用Matlab软件、Visual C++软件、Excel等,建立了最少转换刀具模型、贪心算法模型、双钻头刀具转换优化模型,分别实现了打孔机线路局部和整体的最优,得到了单钻头和双钻头最优的作业线路、最少的打孔作业成本和最短的作业时间。
According to the punching process and the analysis of the performance of punching machine,it used the greedy algorithm and the advanced greedy algorithm method by Matlab software,Visual C++,Excel,etc from different angles to establish a tool model with the least procedure,the greedy algorithm model,double drill tool conversion optimization model,which realized the punch line in optimum aspect,the punch operation line with the lowest cost and the shortest time of operation.
