摘要
在高等教育课堂教学中,显性或隐性的师生冲突由零星事件逐渐发展为较为普遍的现象,影响正常的教学秩序和教学效果,危及高等教育的质量生命线。大学课堂教学活动中主体双方的角色失范和角色失败预警高等教育要面对来自这一问题的挑战,从教师、学生和管理制度三方面入手来解决问题,从根本上保障高等教育质量。
At the classroom teaching in higher education,open or covert teacher-student conflict by sporadic events gradually developed into a more common phenomenon,which affect the normal teaching order and weaken the teaching effectiveness,threaten the quality-lifeline of higher education.The dual subject′s role confusion and role failure in the university classroom teaching,alarm to face the challenge from this issue.It will be resolved from teachers,students and management system,fundamentally guarantee the quality of higher education.
