基于中原经济区平台的皖北发展策略探析

Research on the Development Strategies of Northern Anhui Based on the Platform of the Central Plains Economic Region

皖北地区长期以来都是安徽省发展的薄弱环节,发展皖北对于安徽的崛起来说具有重要意义。2012年,国务院出台相关政策,把皖北的五市、一县、一区纳入到中原经济区之中,这对于皖北来说是一个很大的发展机遇。皖北如何充分利用这一平台进行发展是关键问题,针对这一问题,从皖北加入中原经济区这个平台入手,在分析近年来皖北发展所面临的主要问题的基础上,结合地区的特点,提出若干基于中原经济区平台的发展策略。

Northern Anhui area has long been the weak link in Anhui province and the development of this area is of great significance for the raise of Anhui province.In 2012,The State Council promulgated the relevant policies which the five cities,one county and one area in Northern Anhui were grouped into the central plains economic region.It is a great development opportunity for Northern Anhui.How to take full advantage of the development of this platform will be a key issue for Northern Anhui.In order to solve this problem,it started from Northern Anhui joining in the central plains economic region.Based on analysis of the major problems of Northern Anhui in recent years,and combining with the characteristics of Northern Anhui development strategies were proposed based on central plains economic region platform.
