摘要
微量元素参与调控核糖核酸及蛋白的合成,从而影响细胞的增殖和分化,体内微量元素及其代谢产物变化与白血病的发生、发展密切相关,因此准确分析微量元素代谢产物的化学形态是研究微量元素生物效应的基础,对揭示微量元素对白血病的影响有积极意义。
By using HCl solution to extract the plasma arsenic compounds, hyphenated technique of high performance liquid chromatography coupled with inductively coupled plasma masss pectrometry (HPLC-ICP-MS) was applied to analysis the morphological of arsenic compounds. It was found that there were arsenic choline (AsC), and arsenobetaine (AsB), As(~), dimethylarsinic acid ( DMA), monomethylarsenous acid (MMA) and As (V) species in children plasma with leukemia. By comparing with the ion peak areas, the peak area of inorganic As(V) was maximum, and did not find in AsB. The experimental results showed that highly toxic As(V) was mainly arsenic compounds existence in children plasma with leukemia.
