摘要
新型功能性纳米材料以其诸多优良性质在构建电化学免疫传感器中备受关注,为电化学免疫传感器的开发和研究开辟了一片广阔天地。纳米材料在电化学免疫传感器方面的应用主要是将纳米材料作为传感器界面的修饰材料、生物分子的固载基质以及信号标记物等。本文就常见的功能性纳米材料在电化学免疫传感器中的应用做一综述。
Due to its unique properties,the novel functional nanomaterials gradually enter the electrochemical immunosensor fields and open a broad world for researching and developing the electrochemical immunosensor.The main applications of functional nanomaterials in electrochemical immunsensor include using nanomaterials to modify sensor surface,immobilize matrix of biomolecules and signal labels.Functional nanomaterials label amplifying the signal are used for the fabrication of super sensitive electrochemical immunosensor.This paper reports the applications of functional nanomaterials in electrochemical immunosensor.
