摘要
以四甲基氢氧化铵为催化剂 ,由甲基丙烯酸甲酯和乙二醇合成了甲基丙烯酸 2 -羟乙酯。通过正交实验获得了最佳反应条件为 :反应温度 75℃ ,反应时间 4h,酯醇摩尔比 1∶ 2 .0 ,催化剂的用量为 2 .0 ml,产品收率为 91.4%。
Hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)was synthesized from methyl methacrylate (MMA) and ethylene glycol with tetramethylammonium hydroxide as catalyst and 1,4 dihydroxybenzene as polymerization inhibitor.After orthogonal trial,the optimum reaction conditions are obtained:reaction temperature 75 ℃,reaction time 4 h,mole ratio of MMA and glycol 1∶2.0,amount of catalyst 2.0 ml. The yield of HEMA is 91.4%.
