先秦儒家视阈下的“人”

“Human”in View of Pre-Qin Confucianism

儒家的人性观问题,学界多有详细论述,但是人性观念不可避免地割裂了人与社会条件之间的联系,无法真实反映儒家对人的政治考量,也就可能因此误读了儒家对人的认识与规制。从先秦儒家的经典中,寻找其在生理需要、情感偏好、智力水平、价值追求等方面对于人的认识,并以此为基础提出如何运用政治和法律对人进行规制或许是有益的尝试。

The concept of human nature in Confucianism has been widely discussed in academia;however,inevitably such concept has cut off the contact between man and society.In consequence,the political considerations of Confucianism cannot be truly reflected and the views and norms of Confucianism on human may be misunderstood.Based on classic works in pre-Qin period,this paper explores Confucian views on human from such aspects of physiological needs,emotional preference,intelligence and value pursuit.Further,this paper suggests that the mechanism of politics and law should be a good approach to regulate humans.
