摘要
本文以全国高等医学院校大学生临床技能竞赛为背景,在回顾总结技能教学现状及师生特点基础上,认为大赛在推动临床操作标准形成、促进教学经验交流、提高学习兴趣、形成教学梯队等方面发挥积极作用,并指出大赛存在受益群体有限、竞技兴趣下降、操作渐离实际等问题,提出通过完善法规与招考制度、合理安排教学、开展经验交流、建设技能中心、制定临床操作标准等方面共同推动我国临床技能教育的发展。
On the background of the clinical skills competition for national medical students in the higher medical colleges and universities, this paper aims to explore the enlightenment of competition for national clinical skills education. After reviewing the internal articles focusing on the domestic situations of clinical skills education and the characters of both medical students and college teachers, this paper analyzes the significance and limitations of three previous competitions in particular. Believing that the competitions have played an active role in the formation of standards for clinical operations, promoting the exchange of teaching experience, developing an interest in learning, and establishing teaching echelon, this paper also points out the disadvantages, such as small numbers of beneficiary groups, losing its attractions gradually, and many simulate operations being divorced from reality, et al. Finally, for the sake of promoting the development of clinical skills education, it is necessary to improve laws and regulations and enrollment system, to arrange teaching program more reasonably, and to establish skills center well. In the meantime, educators should share their teaching experiences and set respective standards for clinical manipulations.
