氟利昂蒸发冷却三相异步电动机转子结构设计

摘要 以某型离心制冷机用氟利昂蒸发冷却三相异步电动机转子为例,利用有限元法对设计方案进行空载仿真计算,得出的仿真结果用来指导该电机进一步的本体设计。 Taking a rotor of freon evaporative cooling three-phase induction motor for cen- trifugal chiller as an example, no-load simulation of 3D magnetic field is carried out by finite ele- ment method. Aiming at the problem of relative complex magnetic circuit caused by special rotor structure, the noload characteristic calculation results are compared with that of motor with same electromagnetic design parameters and similar structure. The feasibility of this structure of motor has been verified in electromagnetic calculation such as circuit calculation or equivalent 2D magnetic field calculation, and it has guiding significance for the further design of the motor.
