摘要
针对起重机起升机构工作过程中的几种不同情况,运用起重专用电机的机械特性曲线,简要分析了起重机工作过程的负载、电机电磁转矩、转速、功率、起升机构机械传动效率的相互关系,从而计算出带额定负载上升和下降过程中电机的电磁转矩、转速和功率。
Aiming to several conditions in operation process of hoisting mechanism for crane, this paper briefly analyzes the relationship of crane among load, motor' s electromagnetic torque, speed, power and hoisting mechanism' s mechanical transmission efficiency and then calculates electromagnetic torque, speed and power of rated load motor in processes of rising and falling.
