摘要
电机冲片工艺的推广需要研究制造结构简单、成本低的冲切模具。通过对不同结构冲切模具的实验改进,设计了一种满足生产和成本要求的冲切模具。本冲切模通用模座安装调整操作简单,稳定性好,价格合理,加工周期短。此模座可应用于高压紧凑型电机制造行业中。
The punching die with simple structure and low cost shall be researched as the promotion of motor lamination technology. Based on experimental development of punching dies with different structures, a punching die which meet production and cost requirements has been designed. The general base of the punching die has the advantages of simple installation and adjustment, good stability, reasonable price and short processing cycle. The die base can be applied in manufacturing industry of high-voltage compactness motors.
