摘要
在大电机运行的初期会散发出来一种刺激性很强的有害气味,这种有毒气体来源于大电机定子铁心硅钢片的片间绝缘清漆含有的甲醛。通过对大电机定子铁心硅钢片清漆的加热固化工艺进行优化,降低固化速度和实施二次烘焙,可使清漆中的甲醛释放量达到80%以上。硅钢片涂漆中甲醛等有毒成分的根本消除途径,是创新开发无毒清漆。我国研制的水溶性硅钢片新型漆,已在空冷汽轮发电机和交流电机上使用,效果良好。
At initial operation stage, the large motor will send out a harmful smell which strongly irritate the human body. These harmful gases are derived from the formaldehyde contained in insulation varnish among silicon steel sheets of stator iron of large motor. By optimizing the heat curing process of varnish on the surface of silicon steel sheets and reducing the curing speed and implementing secondary baking, the formaldehyde release can reach more than 80%. The only way to eliminate poison composition in varnish on the surface of silicon steel sheets such as formaldehyde is to innovate and develop nontoxic varnish. A new type of water soluble varnish developed by our country has been used in air-cooled turbine generators and AC motors, and has been achieved good effects.
