摘要
本文分析了攀钢钢包内衬损毁的原因。从提高耐火材料性能和使用技术两方面采取了改进措施 ,使钢包一次性平均使用寿命从 72次提高到 90次 ,最高达 1 1 5次 ,取得了显著的经济效益。
Corrosion reason of the ladle lining of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Company was analyzed. The improving measures were taken based on optimizing the properties of refractories and improving application technology. The average service life of the ladle without repair increased from 72 heats to 90 heats, the highest reaches 115 heats.
