摘要
珠江电厂#3炉末级再热器壁温半年时间内超温达58次(以发生超温报警计算次数),平均每月9.7次。长期多频次超温容易造成锅炉再热器管屏发生金属疲劳,蠕变加速,管材寿命下降,严重时甚至诱发爆管停炉事故,极大的威胁着机组运行安全,降低炉末级再热器壁温势在必行。
There are 58 times of overtemperature in Zhujiang Power Plant #3 furnace last stage reheater wall (calculate the number of over-temperature alarm)in half a year, with an average of 9.7 times per month.Long-term muhi-frequency overtemperature is likely to cause metal fatigue and creep acceleration of the boiler reheater tube screen, decreasing life expectancy,even inducing severe burst pipe and shutdown accident, threaten the operation safety greatly.So,reducing the furnace last stage reheater wall temperature is imperative.
