Retrofit Investment Evaluation in Process Industries

流程工业的技术改造投资评价必须从三种战略目标角度出发 ,即企业利益目标、顾客利益目标和社会利益目标 ,并基于一种有效的多目标决策方法———层次分析法 ,提出了流程工业的技术改造投资评价的系统分析方法———四步法 ,以对各种不同尺度的定性变量和定量变量进行综合分析评价。介绍了该方法在某炼油厂的催化裂化和气体分馏联合装置的技术改造投资评价中的运用 ,表明了该方法的可靠性和灵活性。

It is suggested that retrofit investment evaluation in process industries should take the three strategic targets of enterprise benefi ts, customer benefits and social benefits into consideration. On the basis of th e analytic hierarchy process (AHP) which is a multi-objective decision-making technique, a four-step systematic evaluation method is proposed to evaluate var ious qualitative and quantitative elements with different criteria. A case study is given by applying this method to a retrofit investment evaluation in a catal ytic cracking gas recovery unit of a refinery. It fully proves the reliability and flexibility of this method.
