分析了鼓风机导叶开度调节机构的工作原理和运动、受力状况,找出了调节机构中存在的缺陷,并就提出的几种改进方法进行了评述,同时提出了提高调节精度、准确控制进气量的措施。
Analyzes the work principle, movement and stress situation of opening regulating mechanism of blower guide vane, finds out the defects of regulating mechanism, comments the improvement methods, and proposes measures to improve the regulation precision and control the intake flowrate accurately.
