急冷锅炉入口联箱与扁圆管结构优化设计

摘要 采用ANSYS软件对急冷锅炉换热单元结构进行数值模拟,得到热负荷均匀情况下各炉管流量分配规律。根据辅助连接管的直径及位置提出六种结构方案,研究其流量分配规律,并获得了最优结构。采用数值模拟研究最优结构入口联箱和扁圆管的速度场、压力场分布规律,得出压力分布和速度分布均较原结构均匀,从而验证了最优结构结论的正确性。 The structure of heat transfer-unit of quench boiler was numerical simulated based on ANSYS, and the tube flow distribution law under uniform thermal load was obtained. According to the diameter and the position of auxiliary connecting pipe, six kinds of structures were presented and their flow distribution laws were investigated, and then the optimum structure was obtained. For the intake header and elliptical flat tube of the optimum one, the velocity field and pressure field distribution laws were studied, and concluded that the pressure and velocity distribution was more uniform than the original structure, and thereby, verified the correctness of the optimum structure.
