本文分析了当前我国农村金融发展的现状及农村金融体系存在的问题,针对我国现阶段农村金融体系中的问题,提出了充分发挥现有农村金融机构的主导作用、构建多层次农村金融体系、规范农村合作金融发展、规范和发展民间金融、积极发展农村保险等加强农村金融服务体系建设的措施,对于构建现代农村金融体系具有一定的参考价值。

This paper focuses on an analysis of the current situation of the rural financial system in China and the problems existing in the rural financial system. To solve the problems existing in the construction of rural financial system, the paper proposes on the basis of commercial finance the following measures ： making the cur- rent rural financial institutions play a full leading role, constructing multi - level rural financial system, regula- ting the development of rural cooperation finance, regulating and developing non - governmental finance, and en- hancing actively the construction of the rural financial service system. This is of great value for the construction of the modern rural financial system in China.
