高压共轨TBD620柴油机燃烧室匹配设计

摘要 在TBD620柴油机引入高压共轨喷油系统后,进行了柴油机燃烧室参数设计匹配研究。分析了适合高压喷射用的燃烧室结构设计因素,建立不同的贯穿距离、口径比以及径深比的燃烧室模型,用FIRE软件进行分析,实验数据表明,缩口大口径浅坑燃烧室是该柴油机燃烧系统较合理的方案。 In order to meet the requirement of high pressure common rail injection system equipped in diesel engine TBD620, the parameter designing of combustion chamber for common rail diesel engine is explored. According to the demand of high pressure injection to combustion chamber, the structural design factors of combustion chamber are briefly analyzed. Combustion chamber models of different penetration distance, aperture ratio and bore depth ratio was established. And the different models have been analyzed by FIRE software. The results show that the large diameter, shallow bottom combustion chamber is the most reasonable plan.
