摘要 以在用车(上海桑塔纳轿车)为测试对象,按一定里程抽取油样,应用铁谱分析技术对汽油发动机进行状态监测与故障诊断研究。通过对比铁谱分析结果表明,磨损烈度指数的变化趋势及变化剧烈程度可反映发动机的磨损状况;磨损烈度指数质量控制图可及时、较为准确地反映机器的磨损状况,预报可能的机械故障,为机器的日常维护及检修提供可靠的科学依据,对发动机的安全运行起到了积极的作用。 In-use cars (Shanghai Santana) are used as the test object in the thesis, and ferrography technique is applied to gasoline engine condition monitoring and fault diagnosis oil by extracted oil according to a certain mileage. By comparing ferrography analysis results, the changing trend and severe degree of wear intensity index can indicate engine wear. At the same time wear intensity index quality control chart can reflect the machine wear condition timely and accurately, and forecast the possible fault, provide a reliable scientific basis to the mechanical daily maintenance and overhaul, finally play a positive role on safe operation of the engine.
