近年来,高校又迎来了新一轮的教育教学研究与改革,学校学风建设作为高校教育教学工作中的重要组成部分,成为了各高校密切关注的话题。如何在新形势下促进学风建设水平不断提高,努力探索建立适应人才培养的新教学机制成为了当务之急。本文以西南交通大学机械工程学院学风建设项目调查为依据,对高校的学风建设进行深入分析,找出影响高校教育教学发展和教学水平质量的关键因素,对高校的教学改革发展提出建设性意见。

In recent years, the university has ushered in a new round of education research and reform school tradition construction as an important part of higher education teaching work, as all colleges and universities pay close attention to the topic. Promotion of learning in a new situation has improved continuously strive to explore the establishment of a new teaching mechanism has become imperative to adapt to the personnel training. Tradition construction projects of Southwest Jiaotong University, School of Mechanical Engineering survey is based on an in-depth analysis of the university＇s study style construction, to identify the key factors that influence the development of higher education teaching and teaching quality, and put forward constructive ideas on the development of teaching reform in colleges and universities.
