Higher Education Scale Prediction based on RBF Neural Network

This paper introduces RBF neural network modeling principle,to colleges and universities in the number of students to measure the scale of higher education indicators selected domestic production the gross（GDP）,GDP,the proportion of tertiary industry,Engel coefficient,the total population of the influencing factors,the use of RBFneural network to predict the scale of higher education in China,and to prove the effectiveness of the RBF neural network.
