高职物流管理专业学生职业素质培养的探索与实践

随着我国物流业的发展,物流企业对毕业生职业素质的要求越来越高,如何培养适应企业需要的高素质高技能人才,成为高职物流专业急需解决的重要课题。本文以仓储与配送管理课程教学为例,介绍了辽宁省交通高等专科学校物流系坚持专业技术与综合素质"双线"并重培养高素质高技能人才的探索与实践。

With the development of China＇s logistics industry,logistics companies for graduates of professional quality is getting higher and higher,how to train highly skilled personnel meet the business needs of high-quality,an important issue for vocational logistics professionals need to be resolved.＂Warehousing and distribution management＂ teaching,for example,the Liaoning Provincial College,Logistics Department to adhere to the professional technology and overall quality of the ＂ two-lane＂ and try to cultivate high-quality high-skilled talent exploration and practice.
