丁草胺、噁草酮复配制剂的气相色谱分析

Determination of Butachlor and Oxadiazon in Their Mixture by Gas Chromatography

介绍了除草剂丁草胺和草酮复配制剂的气相色谱分析方法。选用 1 0 %QF -l/Chrom sorbWAWDMCS色谱柱 ,以邻苯二甲酸二甲酯为内标物 ,进行定量分析测定。丁草胺和草酮的线性回归系数分别为 0 9995和 0 9998,方法回收率在 98 8%～ 1 0 0 7%之间 ,标准偏差小于0 1 4,变异系数优于 0 70 %。

A method for separation and determination of butachlor and oxadiazon in their mixture by gas chromatography on 10%QF-1/Chromosorb WAW DMCS was developed.Dimethyl phthalate was employed as internal standard in their quantitative analysis.The method is convenient,rapid and accurate.The result showed that standard deviation was less than 0.14,coefficient of variation no more than 0.70%and the recovery between 98.8%～100.7% for both active ingredients.
