在基础教育课程改革中,教师是具体的实施者,教师队伍的整体素质是基础教育改革成败的关键,也是学校可持续发展的基础。为了在西部广大农村地区推广新课程,实现学生全面发展,建立一支知识功底扎实、技术力量雄厚和道德素质高尚的新型教师队伍,是促进基础教育改革健康发展的核心。根据新课程不同阶段、不同层面的教师群体,开展中小学教师培训,设计具有针对性的教师培训内容和方法,是农村中小学校实现这一目标的有效途径。

In the basic education curriculum reform,teachers are specific implementers,the overall quality of teachers is the key to the success of the reform of basic education,and also the basis for sustainable development of the school.In order to promote new courses in the western rural areas,to achieve all-round development of students,new teachers build a solid foundation of knowledge,and strong technical force,and lofty moral qualities,to promote the healthy development of the core of the reform of basic education.Different levels according to the different stages of the new curriculum,teachers groups,to carry out the training of primary and secondary school teachers,design targeted teacher training content and methods,primary and secondary schools in rural areas is an effective way to achieve this goal.
