摘要
5CrNiMo钢由于高温耐磨性好被用作热作摸具铁,本文是针对表面堆焊层修复有缺陷的大型热作模具这种工艺进行研究的。通过对热作模具的失效形式分析及修复工艺如焊前加工,焊前预热和保温,模具热保护及焊补工艺,焊接修复工艺规范,焊后热处理的试验分析,得出最有效的堆焊工艺参数,并在实际生产中应用。
5CrNiMo steel for mold process due to the high temperature wear resistance is used as heat for large thermal touch with the iron, this article is for surfacing layer repair dcfects research. By hot dic form of failure analysis and repair processes such as welding before processing, preheating before welding and insulation, the mold thermal protection and welding pro- cess, welding repair process specifications, test analysis of post-weld heat treatment, to draw most effective heap welding process parameters and application in the actual production.
