论独立学院的班级管理

On Class Management of Independent College

近年来,随着独立学院的迅速发展,学生人数不断增长,班级管理暴露出来的问题越来越多,这从很大程度上影响了独立学院的学习风气和教育质量。本文结合独立学院的实际情况,从辅导员的角度出发,总结了独立学院班级管理存在的问题,并提出了加强班级管理的建议。

In recent years,with the rapid development of independent college,the number of students is constantly increasing,the class management exposed more and more problems,which affected the independent institute learning atmosphere and the quality of education to a large extent.Combining with practical situation in independent college counselors,starting from the point of view,this text summarizes the existing problems of independent college class management,and puts forward some advices.
