摘要
本次研究立足于当前高职院校教学管理制度在以人为本方面的现实情况,就建立以人为本的教学管理制度的现实意义,提出了教学管理制度方面的有关问题,针对问题给予了相关的建议,来进一步促进高职院校教学管理制度的优化。
The study based on current vocational colleges teaching management system in a people-oriented aspects of the reality of the situation on the establishment of a people-centered teaching management system of realistic significance,put forward the teaching management system in terms of the relevant issues,problems given the relevant recommendations,tofurther promote vocational colleges teaching management system optimization.
