职业院校企业化管理模式探索

职业院校的发展面临好多问题,改革势在必行。"工学结合"的办学模式为职业院校的发展指出的新的出路,这也与职业院校的办学方针是一致的,是可行的和有效的。但是由于职业院校的管理模式和企业管理模式有很大的区别,在实施时以学校为主体,企业参与,工作老是做不到位,本文主倡以企业管理模式为主体实施"工学结合"的办学模式。
