道德判断主要分为两种:规范性道德判断和评价性道德判断。规范性道德判断主要具有规约性和可普遍化的意义和功能;评价性道德判断主要具有评价性和描述性的意义和功能。在道德评价中,这种评价性道德判断主要具有评价性和描述性的意义和功能,但评价性和描述性意义和功能的发挥离不开规范性道德判断的意义和功能,即规约性和可普遍化性。

Moral judgments can be divided into two kinds, normative and evaluative moral judgments. Prescriptiveness and generalization are the main meaning and function of normative moral judgment meanwhile descriptiveness and evaluation are that of evaluative moral judgment. In moral evaluation, evaluation and descriptive are the main meaning and function of evaluative moral judgment,however, significance and function of evaluation and descriptiveness can＇t live without the significance and function of normative moral judgment which are descriptive and generalized.
