中韩FTA与东北亚经济合作

FTA between China and Korea v.s Economic Cooperation of Northeast Asia

自21世纪伊始,以自由贸易协定为中心的世界经济区域化趋势就在加速发展。2008年世界金融危机和欧债危机发生后,东北亚经济一体化的重要性愈发被凸现出来。东北亚经济一体化的核心即为中日韩三国的FTA。2012年9月,中日之间因"钓鱼岛"问题引发的领土争端造成中日FTA进程放缓。中韩经贸交往却在借机发力,乘势而上。虽然双方在农业等领域的合作并不平坦,但是"双方对于签订FTA的需求都非常迫切"。中韩实现FTA,不仅能够加快中日韩FTA,而且将促进东北亚区域经济一体化进程,对东北亚地区经济发展与繁荣有着非常重要的意义。

Regional economy which focuses on free trade agreement has developed rapidly since the 21^st century. The economic integration of Northeast Asia has become more and more important after the world financial crisis in 2008 and the European debt crisis. The core of Northeast Asia economic integration is the FTA among China, Japan and Korea. FTA between China and Japan is now progressing slowly due to the Issue of Diaoyu Islands in Sept. 2012, while the economic exchange between China and Korea has in- creased. Though the cooperation in agriculture has not been smoothly enough, ＂both parties are keen to finish the signing of FAT＂, said the representative of Korea in the 11th Sino-Korean Economics Minister＇s Meeting in Sept. 20＇h, 2012. The realization of FTA between China and Korea can not only quicken the FTA among China, Japan and Korea, but also forward the economic integration of Northeast Asia and be of great significance to the development and prosperity of this region.
