中韩食品安全行政检查制度比较研究

Comparative Study of Systems of Administrative Food Safety Inspection in China and Korea

近年来中国政府加大了对韩食品出口,中韩两国食品贸易日益频繁。韩国与日本属于世界上具有代表性的食品进口国,因而非常重视对进口食品安全的检查。对进口食品的安全检查制度又直接影响了对国内食品的检查。韩国已经形成了比较完备的食品安全行政检查制度,其较为完善的食品安全行政检查法律法规体系、注重食品安全行政检查机关之间的合作与协调、鼓励公众积极参与食品安全行政检查的做法值得中国积极学习和借鉴。

China has increased food export to Korea in recent year and food trade between the two countries becomes more frequent. As imported food safety has been paying great attention in Korea, domestic food safety inspection system has been improved as well, i.e. the administrative food safety inspection system and relevant laws and regulations are comparatively perfected, the cooperation and coordination between different inspecting authorities are strenghtened, and public participations are encouraged. All this will be of significance for China to learn from and refer to.
