苁蓉冲剂对白细胞减低症模型小鼠造血功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解苁蓉冲剂对白细胞减低症模型小鼠造血功能的作用。方法:采用环磷酰胺造白细胞减少症小鼠模型,造模成功后,用3个剂量(0.7 g/kg、1.4 g/kg、2.8 g/kg)分别进行灌胃,于5 d、10 d、15 d时分3次计数小鼠白细胞、红细胞、网织红细胞及骨髓有核红细胞,并进行统计学分析。结果:苁蓉冲剂灌胃15 d的小剂量组(0.7 g/kg)外周血白细胞数量与模型对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而红细胞数量仅在灌胃15 d的大剂量组(2.8 g/kg)与模型对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);网织红细胞在灌胃10 d的大剂量组与模型对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),灌胃15 d的小剂量组与模型对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);骨髓有核细胞在灌胃10 d、15 d的大剂量组与模型对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);所有试验组用药后与正常对照组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苁蓉冲剂对外周血白细胞、红细胞、网织红细胞、骨髓有核细胞有提升作用,但短期效应不明显,需使用较长时间后才有效。 Objective: To investigate the effects of Congrong granule on hematopoietic function in mice with leukopenia. Methods : Mice model with leukopenia was made with cyclophosphamide. Then the mice were lavaged with three dosages of Con- grong granule, and the dosages were 0.7 g/kg, 1.4 g/kg, and 2.8 g/kg, respectively. Leucocyte, erythrocyte, granulophilocyte and nucleated cells in bone marrow were counted at the 5th day, lOth day, and 15th day, respectively. Results: At the 15th day, a significant difference in amount of leucocyte was found between mice in low dose group (0.7 g/kg group) and controls, while a significant difference in amount of erythrocyte was also found between mice in high dose group (2.8 g/kg group) and controls. The difference in amount of granulophilocyte was significant between mice in 2.8 g/kg group and controls at the lOth day, as well as between mice in 0.7 g/kg group and controls at the 15th day. The differences in amount of nucleated cells in bone marrow were significant between mice in 2.8 g/kg group and controls at the 10th day and 15th day. Conclusion: Congrong granule could increase the amounts of leucocyte, erythrocyte, granulophilocyte and nucleated ceils in bone marrow. However, the short term effects of Congrong granule are not obvious, and it should be used for a longer time.
