包头市部分城市居民社区卫生服务利用情况及满意度调查

Survey on Utilization and Satisfaction of Community Health Services for Partial Residents in Baotou

目的:分析包头市社区卫生服务利用现状及居民满意度,研究社区卫生服务发展情况。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法,在包头市昆区、青山和东河3个区分别选取1个社区卫生服务中心,对年满15岁的就诊患者发放调查问卷。结果:社区卫生服务利用对象以40岁以上中老年居多,占89.4%;病伤诊治及配药单项利用率较高,分别为94.1%和50.9%;就诊居民满意度最高和最低的分别是过度开药情况(99.4%)和服务医疗水平(60.7%)。结论:应加强社区卫生服务宣传力度及从业人员专业培训,加大社区卫生服务设施建设。

Objective: To analyze the utilization of city community health services and the degree of residents' satisfaction in Baotou,and to explore the development of community health service.Methods: Using random sampling method,three health service centers were randomly selected in Kun,Qingshan,and Donghe Districts,respectively.Questionnaires were issued to the patients aged 15 or above.Result: The majority of patients were over the age of 40 in health service centers,accounting for 89.4 %.The rates of utilization of diagnosis and treatment of sick and dispensing were as high as 94.1 % and 50.9 %,respectively.The highest and lowest residents' satisfaction were over-prescribing drugs(99.4 %) and service level of medical treatment(60.7 %),respectively.Conclusion: The propaganda of community health service and professional training of employees should be strengthened,and the construction of community health service facilities should be enhanced.
