The library which set up by government founding as a public welfare institution, is for the pur- pose of Inheriting culture, conveying information, supporting lifelong education for citizens and entertain- ment. Discussing on the library$ public welfare and service awareness, thereby enhancing the awareness of service to meet the needs of individuals and groups in lifelong learning, independent decision - mak- ing, cultural development and entertainment and leisure and so on.
