生产服务型物流中心要采用适当的物流运作模式,为企业提供高质量物流服务。文章以长沙西物流中心为例,针对企业物流的主要环节:采购物流、生产物流、销售物流,分别建立三种物流服务模式加以研究,以期对其他生产服务型物流中心运作有所启示。
