麻黄碱复合预注法对顺式阿曲库铵起效时间和插管条件的影响 被引量:5

Influence of CIS-Tracurium on Onset Time and Intubation Conditions under Application of Ephedrine Compound Pre-Injection

摘要 目的观察麻黄碱复合预注法对顺式阿曲库铵(cisatracurium,Cis)起效时间和插管条件的影响。方法选择择期全身麻醉手术患者120例,美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级Ⅰ或Ⅱ级,随机均分为两组。观察组预注麻黄碱70μg/kg后4 min内给予顺式阿曲库铵,对照组静脉滴注相同剂量的生理盐水后给子顺式阿曲库铵,比较两组顺式阿曲库铵起效时间,插管条件和插管期间的血流动力学变化。结果观察组插管剂量顺式阿曲库铵起效时间短于对照组(P<0.05),插管条件也优于对照组,气管插管后3 min两组平均动脉压、心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论麻黄碱复合预注可缩短顺式阿曲库铵插管剂量起效时间,对心血管无不良影响。 Objective To observe the influence of cis-atracurium(Cis) on the onset time and intubation conditions induced by ephedrine pre- injection. Methods 120 ASA status I and II patients undergoing elective surgery requiring general anesthesia were en- rolled and randomly divided into 2 groups. The observation group was administrated by Cis within 4 vain after pre- injection of ephedrine 70 Ixg/kg,while the control group by cisatraeurium after the same dose of normal saline pre- injection. The onset time of Cis, intubation conditions and hemodynamic changes during intubation were compared between the two groups. Results The onset time of Cis in the observation group is shorter than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05);the intubation conditions were also better than those in the control group (P 〈 0. 05);the mean arterial pressure and heart rate at 3 rain after tracheal intubation had no statistical difference between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The ephedrine compound pre- injection could shorten the onset time of Cis under intubation dose without harmful influence to heart and blood vessles.
