摘要
目的优选复方苦黄喷雾剂的最佳工艺。方法以蛇床子素含量和浸膏得率为评价指标,采用L9(34)优选复方苦黄喷雾剂制备工艺。结果最佳工艺为6倍量65%乙醇回流3次,每次0.5 h。结论该工艺设计合理,稳定可靠。
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Compound Kuhuang Spray. Methods The orthogonal design L9（34） was used to screen the best extraction technology with the extract yield and osthol contents as the evaluation criteria. Results The optimal technology was 6 times amount of 65% alcohol reflux extracting for 3 times and 0.5 h each time. Conclusion This technology is rea- sonable in design,stable and reliable.
