中国人对英汉学习词典的自主编纂从未停过,但国内英汉学习词典仍是引进版的占主流。《新英汉词典》的独到之处在于其在收词、释义以及例证方面的中国化处理模式。本文以《新英汉词典》为借鉴,探索适合中国词典用户的英汉学习词典的中国化编纂模式。

The compilation of English-Chinese dictionaries has a long history in China,but most of the English-Chinese learners’dictionaries in Chinese market are the ones from foreign lexicographers.A New English-Chinese Dictionary is the representative of Chinese compiled dictionaries.Firstly,an analysis of A New English-Chinese Dictionary is made from word collection,definition and illustration.Based on A New English-Chinese Dictionary,some principles of Chinese-style English Learner’ s Dictionary compilication are put forward with the goal of meeting Chinese English learners’specific needs.
