摘要
目的探讨综合心理干预促进中等职业学校护生自主学习能力良性转变的作用。方法于2012年6-12月选择成都地区3所中等职业学校102名二年级护士专科学校学生作为研究对象,采用自身前后对照的方法,对研究对象进行为期3个月的综合心理干预,比较干预前后护生学习动机与策略调查问卷(learning motivation and strategy questionnaire,MSLQ)及中等职业学校护生自主学习准备度问卷的得分。结果综合心理干预前后,护士在MSLQ问卷中"内在价值"和"认知策略的使用"以及自主学习准备度量表中"自我管理"、"热爱学习"和"自我控制"等维度上的得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合心理干预方案采取团体辅导、个案分析、场景模拟、实地演示及理论讲授等方式,帮助学生充分体验和效仿,持续挖掘自身内在价值,促进了中等职业学校护生自主学习能力的良性转变。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive psychological intervention programs in enhancing nursing student's autonomous learning ability in secondary vocational school. Methods From June to December 2012, 102 second-year nursing students in nursing training school were enrolled into this study. By self-control method, the students underwent a 3-month comprehensive psychological intervention. Then comparisons were conducted on the scores of learning motivation and strategy questionnaire (MSLQ)and self-directed learning readi- ness questionnaire. Results Significant differences were observed on the scores of the two dimensions of "inside value" and"use of cognition strategy" of MSLQ and the other three dimensions of "self-management "," a passion for study" and" self-control" of the self-directed learning readiness questionnaire (P〈0.05) before and after the intervention. Conclusion The comprehensive psychological intervention programs adopt group counseling, case analysis,scene simulation, on-the-spot demonstration and theory teaching mode, to help the students to full- y experience and imitate continue to tap their own intrinsic value, promote the benign change in nursing students' autonomous learning ability of secondary vocational school.
