摘要
制备离子液体1-十六烷基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([C16mim]BF4),并以此为模板剂合成掺杂Cr的介孔分子筛Cr-MCM-41。采用X线衍射仪(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附仪、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对Cr-MCM-41进行表征,并将Cr-MCM-41应用于H2O2氧化乙苯反应中,考察其催化性能。结果表明:合成的分子筛具有介孔结构,随着Cr掺入量的增加出现Cr2O3晶相。当反应温度为60℃、乙苯0.04 mol、H2O20.12mol、Cr-MCM-41-2 0.1 g,反应时间10 h,乙苯转化率达12.40%,选择性达100%。
Ionic liquid 1-hexadecyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ( [ C16 mim ] BF4 ) was synthe- sized, and Cr-MCM41 was prepared by using [ C16mim] BF4as template agent. Cr-MCM-41 was meas- ured by X-ray diffraction (XRD) , N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms, transmission electron microscope (TEM), and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FF-IR). The catalytic activity of the molecular sieves Cr-MCM-41 in the oxidation of ethylbenzene by hydrogen peroxide was examined. The results indi- cated that the synthesized Cr-MCM-41 had uniform mesoporous structure,and the Cr203 phase was found with the increasing of chromium incorporation. The conversion of ethylbenzene and the selectivity to aceto- phenone could reach 12.40% and 100% under reaction conditions of reaction temperature 60 ℃, the amount of ethylbenzene and H2O2 0.04 mol and 0. 12 tool,the amount of Cr-MCM41-2 0. 1 g,and reac- tion time 10 h.
