摘要
采用厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)处理精对苯二甲酸(PTA)生产废水,研究冲击负荷对反应器运行性能的影响。经过110 d的运行,在容积负荷为3.60~5.76 kg/(m3.d)条件下,ABR反应器对化学需氧量(COD)的去除率为67%~81%,表明ABR反应器处理PTA废水具有较高的处理效能和运行稳定性。冲击负荷过程中,第1格室COD去除率显著减小,而其他格室COD去除率均略有增加;此外,沿着水流方向各格室中挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度和氧化还原电位(ORP)依次减小,pH依次增加,表明ABR反应器的分室化结构为PTA废水处理提供了良好的厌氧相分离环境和运行稳定性。
The treatment of purified terephthalic acid wastewater (PTA) was conducted in an anaerobic baffled reactor(ABR). The effects of shock loading on the performances of ABR were studied. After 110 d of operation,the removal efficiency of chemical oxygen demand (COD) ranged from 67% to 81% at 3.60-5.76 kg,/( m3 · d ) volume loading, indicating that ABR had high removal efficiency of IYFA wastewater and excellent stability to shock loads. The COD removal efficiency markedly decreased in the 1 st compartment when the volumetric loading rate increased, but kept increasing in the following compart- ments. Additionally, the concentration of volatile fatty acid (VFA) and the oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) reduced, and the pH value increased in the latter compartments. The results demonstrated that the compartmentalization provided well staged multi-phase anaerobic environment and had good stability to treat PTA wastewater.
