摘要
数字地球在现代化的战争中具有重大的战略意义。从信息处理的视角,结合信息全生命周期的处理过程阐述了对数字地球的理解;分析了数字地球的特性与数字化战场需求之间的关系;提出了数字地球基础平台的层次结构;构建了基于数字地球基础平台的数字化战场应用框架。该框架可以较好地满足数字化战场的建设需要,对其他领域的数字地球应用也具有一定的借鉴意义。
Digital Earth has a significant strategic significance in the modern war. The understanding to digital earth is described in combination with information lifecycle process, proceeding from the perspective of information processing. The rela- tionship between the characteristics of digital earth and the needs of digitized battlefield is analyzed. A hierarchical of the basic platform of the digital earth is put forward. The digitized battlefield application framework based on digital earth foundation plat- form was constructed, which can meet the needs of building the digital battlefield. For other areas, the application of digital earth also has some reference significance.
