摘要 针对传统飞机配电控制盒手动测试周期长、测试步骤复杂、可靠性低等弊端,提出的一种基于LabVIEW的飞机配电控制盒自动测试系统,用以实现配电盒各项性能的测试。系统采用了软硬件相结合的虚拟仪器技术,硬件实现数据的采集,软件对数据进行分析处理,实现了测试的自动化。介绍了测试系统结构组成,重点给出了系统软件部分设计实现,提出了一种利用配置文件进行指令数据管理的方法,这种方式灵活、高效,方便数据的处理以及测试系统程序的扩展。经测试系统实验证明,这种配置文件的利用方法大大提高了系统的效率。 The automatic test system based on LabVIEW for electrical power distribution equipment is developed for solving the problems of complicated steps, low efficiency and poor reliability of the manual test method. The system is based on the vir- tual instrument technology with a combination of hardware and software. The hardware is used for collection of date and the soft- ware is used for analysis of the date. Functions and principles of the system are introduced chiefly. The paper is focus on the de- sign of software. A new data management method based on configure file is detailed. The method is flexible and efficient and easy to manage data. The using of configuration file greatly improves the efficiency and scalability of the system by proving of ex- periments.
