摘要
气象信息已经深入到国计民生的各个领域,为了更及时、快捷的传输气象信息,力争把因气象引起的灾害降到最小,从建设的必要性和必备条件与建设原则3个方面进行分析,论述建设气象信息直通平台是可行的。
Meteorological information has gone deep into the various fields of the national economy and the people＇s liveli- hood. In order to transmit weather information more timely and efficiently, and to strive to minimize the disasters caused by me- teorological analysis, three aspects of necessity, prerequisite and construction principle are discussed. The feasibility to duilt a meteorological information direct connection platform is described.
