摘要
设计一种可显示记数器,可广泛应用于工业零件及成品的数字记录。采用模块化设计方法,将电路分为电源、光电转换、同步计数及显示四大部分。电源可提供不同电压;光电转换部分由光电开关和继电器组成,其中光电开关采用漫反射E3F-DS10C1型;记数部分采用CD系列CMOS芯片;末端通过数码管显示输出。在Proteus软件中对电路进行模拟、调试、修改,可用开关信号来代替光线的有无来实现通断、并仿真完成。实验中连接实物进行测试,结果表明该方案是切实可行的。
A display counter which can be widely applied to number record of the industrial parts and products was de- signed. By modular design method, the circuit is divided into power supply, photoelectric conversion, synchronous counting and display. The power supply system can provide different voltage. The photoelectric conversion system is composed of photoelectric switches and relays, in which the photoelectric switch uses the diffuse reflectance E3F-DS10C1 type. The counting system uses the CMOS chip in CD series. The final result can be output through the digital display at terminals. The circuit is simulated, de- bugged and modified in Proteus software. The switch signal can be used to replace the light to realize on/off and the simulation is completed.The actual testing was conducted in the experiment, which showed feasibility of the scheme.
