无轨道运动车辆电气控制系统的设计与实现

摘要 为了实现无轨道运动车辆的遥控并控制车辆稳定可靠运行,设计了一种智能遥控系统。系统的电气控制部分采用了电力拖动方式,使用常规的继电器和接触器控制,用几种专用继电器实现对过载、过流、零压、欠压等的保护。用大功率的无触点开关来实现风门的开启和关闭,保证了发电机可靠的启动和关闭。通过对控制电机正转,控制风门的效果反复检验和改进,取得了满意的效果,体现了这种控制方式的可行性和有效性。 In order to realize the intelligent remote control of non-track vehicles and make them steady in running, An intel- ligent remote control system was designed. The electric traction mode is adopted in the electrical control part of the system, which is controlled by conventional relay and eontaetor. Several special relays are used to realize overload, overeurrent, zero voltage and undervoltage protection. A high-power contactless switch is employed for implementing the on/off functions of throttle to ensure relible shutdown and startup of the generator.. Through the foreward and inversion rotation of the control motor, the satisfactory result was achieved with repeat test and modifications of the control throttle. The results reflects the feasibility and ef- fectiveness of the control mode.
