创新是企业发展的原动力,创新的目的是获取超额利润,利润最大化是作为创新主体的企业存在和发展的根本动机,总成本最低是企业竞争能力的具体体现。所以,企业在进行战略决策时一定会把利润最大化放在决策的首位,基于此,我们从研究探讨合作研发发展趋势发现未来研发必然会向研发企业化方向发展,引入了介于市场和企业之间的一种组织形式——RJVs模式,这种模式以技术攻关为企业聚集的最初动力,通过研发创新促进产业链的横向和纵向扩张,呈星云形态驱动区域企业集聚地运转,促使区域创新主体进行整合,使得企业通过市场运作,自主投入,自主创新,实现企业研发创新带动产业经济发展,通过产业经济发展实现企业集聚并最终驱动区域经济发展。

Innovation is the original driving force of enterprises.The purpose of innovation is to gain excess profits.Profit maximization is the basic motivation of enterprises which are acting as the main body of innovation.Therefore,profit maximization will certainly be put at the first place when enterprises make strategic decisions.Based on this,we brought in an organizational form between market and enterprises called RJVs when doing reaserching on developing trend of cooperate R＆D while we found R＆D will definitely be transformed into an enterprise form in the future.RJVs take technolgy reaserch as its initial motivation,promote industrial chain horizontally and vertically through R＆D innovation,drive enterprises in one region operating together in Nebula form,urge regional innovation main body to integrate,so that enterprises can operate through market,invest and innovate autonomously,then developement of industial enconomy can be drived through R＆D innovation done by enterprises,and enterprises agglomeration can be achieved,finally developement of regional economy can be promoted.
