摘要
目的研究分析重症药疹病发高血糖患者的护理措施。方法选取即墨市人民医院、青岛市胶州中心医院于2011年8月至2012年8月收治的50例重症药疹合并高血糖患者的临床资料,进行回顾性分析。总结护理经验。结果对50例患者采取护理干预措施之后,均治愈出院。护理措施主要有:控制血糖,营养支持,皮肤黏膜护理,心理护理等。结论恰当的护理干预措施,可以有效控制重者药疹诱发高血糖患者的病情。
Objective To study the disease hyperglycemia in patients with severe drug eruption and the nursing measures. Methods In our hospital in 2011 February to 2012 February treated 50 cases of severe drug eruption associated with hyperglycemia in patients with clinical data, retrospective analysis. To sum up the nursing experience. Results 50 patients by nursing intervention measures, were cured and discharged. Nursing measures are mainly： glycaemic control, nutrition, skin and mucosa nursing, psychological nursing. Conclusion Appropriate nursing intervention measures, can effectively control severe drug eruption induced by hyperglycemia patients.
