心理护理干预对抑郁症患者临床疗效的影响

The Influence of Psychological Nursing Intervention to Depression Patients

目的探讨心理护理干预对抑郁症患者临床疗效的影响。方法对我院住院治疗的83例抑郁症患者随机分成实验组和对照组.两组同时服用SSRIs抗抑郁药,并给予常规护理。实验组增加认知行为心理护理干预措施。分别在治疗前后2、4、8周末用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分和四级疗效评定。结果心理干预前两组HAMD评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),护理干预8周末HAMD评分实验组明显低于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.01),两组疗效评定实验组显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预可提高临床疗效,降低复发率,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the influence of psychological nursing intervention to depression oatients. Methods 83 cases with depression who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into therapy group and control group. Two groups inpatients took the SSRIs and received routine nursing care. In therapy group,the inpatients were received cognitive psychological nursing intervention measures. Two groups patients were evaluated before and after intervention by HAMD. Results There was no significant statistic difference between two groups before intervention evaluated by HAMD（P〉0.05）.After 8 weeks intervention,the therapy group patients had a lower scores by HAMD than the control group patients（P〈0.01）.There were significant differences between two groups in theraputic effects （P〈0.05）.Conelusion The Psychological Nursing Intervention can improve the effect of clinic therapy, decrease recurrence rate and elevate the living qualities.
